1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Momentio you accept these terms of service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service description
Momentio is a platform that lets you create, customize and share digital wedding invitations. Our services include:
- Creation of customized digital invitations.
- Guest list and RSVP management.
- Wedding planning tools.
- Sharing invitations through unique links.
3. Registration and account
To use certain Momentio features you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
4. User content
When uploading content to Momentio (photos, text, music) you declare that you hold the necessary rights over that content. You must not upload material that:
- Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Is offensive, defamatory or illegal.
- Contains viruses or malicious code.
- Violates the privacy of third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Momentio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service operation.
6. Intellectual property
Momentio and its original content (designs, code, logos) are owned by Momentio and protected by intellectual property laws. The content you create using our platform belongs to you.
7. Wedding Pass and service duration
The Wedding Pass is the purchase that activates a wedding on Momentio:
- Duration: 18 months of full access from purchase. Includes public invitation, RSVPs, collaborative gallery and guest book.
- Renewal: it is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. To extend access, purchase another Wedding Pass for the same wedding.
- Grace period: after expiration your wedding enters 60 days of read-only mode. You can download all your data as a ZIP from the app.
- Physical deletion: at the end of the grace period we permanently delete photos, messages and the wedding configuration. The deletion is irreversible.

8. Limitation of liability
Momentio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. We will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
