1. Decide what you will ask
Choose whether you ask about allergies or dietary needs, whether you leave room for a message, and the last day you accept replies. Anyone who is going needs a name.
2. Set the seats each invitation covers
Say how many people every invitation is for. Nobody can confirm more seats than you gave them, so no extra chairs turn up at a table.
3. Watch the count and close the list
RSVPs land on their own, and you read the same figures in the app or in Momentio Studio on your computer: confirmed, pending, declined and the total number of people. Nudge whoever is missing and finish with a number you can trust.
Confirming is not the end, it is where everything else starts

Do my guests need an account or an app to RSVP?
No. They open their invitation link in the phone browser and confirm right there, inside the invitation itself. No sign-up, no password, no download.
Can they change their answer if plans fall through?
Yes. Reopening their link shows the answer they gave and lets them change it. Your count updates with the change, so it always reflects reality.
Can I ask about allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, it is one of the questions you can switch on in the RSVP form, alongside a space for guests to leave you a message. If you leave them off, they never appear.
Can I set a deadline to reply by?
Yes. You pick the last day you want answers and that date is shown on the invitation, so guests know when they need to decide without you reminding them.
