From the mobile app or Momentio Studio
- Mobile app: sign in, then go to Settings > Delete account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Momentio Studio: sign in, then open Account > Your data, select Request deletion and follow the on-screen instructions.
By email
Write from the email associated with your account and use the subject "Delete Momentio account".
If you cannot access the app, send a request to hola@momentioapp.com
Data deleted
Deleting your account removes your weddings, invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, table assignments, budgets, documents, photos, notification tokens and associated preferences, except for information we must retain due to legal or security obligations.
Timeline
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. We may keep temporary backups for a limited period before final purge.
