QR photo album
The wedding album your guests fill in for you
Put a QR code on the tables and every guest adds their photos, writes a note or records a voice message straight from their phone. Nothing to install, no accounts to create, and no chasing people for pictures the morning after.
Getting started is free: set the album up and try it without paying. You pay once, per wedding, when you publish the invitation.
The best photos of your wedding stay on other people's phones
The photographer's gallery arrives weeks later, and in the meantime the shots that actually tell the day — your aunt dancing, the kids under the table, your father's face during the toast — are scattered across a hundred phones. You ask in the group chat, they come back compressed, and half of them get buried in the scroll. A QR album collects all of it the same night, while people still feel like sharing.
What your shared album includes
A QR code and nothing else
Guests point the camera, type their name and send their photos. No app to download, no sign-up, no invitation code — it works the same for your grandmother as it does for your teenage cousin.
Photos, notes and voice messages
The same link opens three tabs: the shared gallery, the written guest book and the voice one. Each recording keeps the guest name and date, and plays directly from your host dashboard.
You decide what goes public
Every contribution lands in your review queue first. Nothing shows up in the album until you approve it, and anything already approved can be hidden again whenever you want.
Four print-ready QR formats
An A4 poster, a 10 × 15 cm photo print and a sheet of 4 × A6 table cards, all at 300 dpi, plus a 1080 × 1920 px vertical piece for screens. Edit the wording, colour and code style, then download PNG or SVG.
From the printed QR to the saved album
1. Turn the album on
Enable the guest space in the app or in Momentio Studio on your computer, and Momentio generates your gallery link — separate from the invitation link, and carrying a key nobody can guess.
2. Hand out the QR
Download the format you need and put it where people will see it: the entrance, the photo booth or every table. Or simply share the link on WhatsApp instead.
3. Approve it and keep it
Watch photos and messages arrive from your phone, approve what you want published, and download each kind of memory from Momentio whenever you want to keep it.
The natural ending to the invitation you already sent
The album is not a separate tool you have to buy and explain from scratch: it is the last screen of the same journey. The guests who confirmed on your invitation come back through the same door to leave their photos, and everything stays inside the wedding you already built in Momentio.
- The album inherits your invitation's design: the same colours, the same type, the same mood.
- It opens one day before the wedding and closes seven days after, based on your event date and timezone.
- Download photos and audio as batched ZIP files, and written notes as CSV, all from Momentio.
Questions about the QR album
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a web page in the phone browser. They type their name, pick their photos and send them — no account, no download, no invitation code. They do not even need to be on your guest list.
Can I stop something I do not like from being published?
Yes. Everything your guests upload lands in your review queue first and stays out of the album until you approve it. If something you already approved stops feeling right, you can hide it at any point.
How long can guests keep adding photos and messages?
The album opens one day before the wedding and closes seven days after, worked out from your event date and timezone. That week is exactly when people still have the photos to hand and something to say.
Who can get into the album?
Only someone holding the link or scanning the QR. The address carries a long key that cannot be guessed, and the page is never indexed, so the album will not surface if somebody searches your names.
